Using the IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi platform, you can connect with over 40 hospitals and healthcare facilities, including leading hospitals such as: Hanoi Medical University Hospital, E Hospital, Central Lung Hospital, Hospital 198, etc.:

• Schedule appointments to avoid waiting at healthcare facilities.
• Remote consultations with doctors through video calls.
• Book medical services: laboratory tests, imaging diagnosis, functional tests, general health check-ups or specialized packages, and other health care services to be provided at home or without waiting at healthcare facilities.
• Manage health records seamlessly based on the history of medical examinations and treatments for yourself and family members.
• Share health records securely with doctors at your chosen time.
• Receive free, private consultations within a community of thousands of leading doctors.
• Enjoy additional features: point accumulation, BÁC SĨ ƠI, NH N ÁI, health diaries, medical guides, etc.

The services provided by IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi through the application installed on mobile devices will be referred to as the “Platform Services.”

The services performed by the service provider under the terms and conditions of IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi through IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi’s applications, platforms, and software include, but are not limited to, activities such as medical examinations, imaging diagnosis, laboratory tests, and delivering results from the provider’s data to customers, which will be referred to as “Provider Services.”

2. Conditions for Using Our Platform

Customers are understood as individuals who are able to access the Provider Services through the use of the IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi Platform Services.

By using or becoming a member of the IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi application, customers agree to and are responsible for all the contents of these Terms of Use.

3. Account Registration and Login

Customers may only access the services by using authorized means. It is the customer's responsibility to check to ensure they download the correct application for their device. IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi is not responsible if customers do not have compatible mobile devices or if they download the incorrect version of the application for their mobile device.

By using the application or services, customers/partners also agree that they will:

• Use the platform services or download the application solely for personal use and will not resell it to third parties.
• Not authorize others to use their account.
• Not transfer or otherwise transfer their account to any other person or legal entity.
• Not use accounts dependent on any rights of non-customers without appropriate permission.

• Not intentionally disrupt the operation of the IVIE - Bác sĩ ơi expert network by spamming virtual registration information or fake appointments.

• Keep their account password or any identifying information we provide secure and confidential, which may allow access to the platform services and application.
• Provide us with any identification evidence that we may reasonably request.

When using the IVIE - Doctor, please service, customers can choose to pay using a credit card linked to their account at registration or make direct payments to the service provider using a bank card or other methods.

IVIE - Doctor, please uses a third-party payment processing service (“Payment Provider”) to link the customer’s payment method to the Application and Services. In addition to these Terms of Use, the processing of payments or credits, if applicable, related to the customer’s use of the Application and Services will be governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Provider and the customer’s credit card issuer. IVIE - Doctor, please is not responsible for any errors caused by the Payment Provider. In relation to the customer’s use of the Services, IVIE - Doctor, please will collect some transaction details which IVIE - Doctor, please will only use in accordance with the Privacy Notice and may include their cookies.

9. Access Restrictions

We reserve the right, at any time, to prohibit or deny the customer’s access to IVIE - Doctor, please or any part of the application immediately and without notice if we believe the customer has violated any terms of this Regulation, or if the access prohibition arises from our assessment, when we deem that such denial is appropriate and necessary within our authority.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify any legal obligations, litigation, losses, costs (including unlimited litigation costs) related to or arising from the customer’s violation of any terms of IVIE - Doctor, please's Terms of Use. We may, when deemed necessary, or as required by law, participate in litigation regarding any claims or negotiate for settlements.

15. Invalidity of Provisions
